- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please contact the seller by messaging in the Mizo website or app.
Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Seller will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds.
3. Cancellation Fees & Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: If canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charge.
- Custom or Special Orders: Items that are specially customized, personalized, or pre-ordered may not be eligible for cancellation.
4. Cancellation by Mizo.lk
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Payment verification failure.
- Stock unavailability.
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details.
- Violation of our terms and policies.
If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.
