3. Vendors must handle orders, shipping, and returns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Customer Responsibilities

1. Customers must provide accurate information for purchases.

2. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review product details before completing a transaction.

3. Customers must adhere to the platform’s policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

6. Payments and Fees

1. Mizo.lk facilitates payments between Customers and Vendors via secure payment gateways.

2. The platform may charge service fees, which will be disclosed prior to a transaction.

3. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.  Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

1. Violate any laws or regulations applicable in Sri Lanka.

2. Post or sell illegal, counterfeit, or harmful products.

3. Use the platform for fraudulent or malicious activities.

4. Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security.

5. Misrepresent themselves or impersonate others.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the platform, including logos, trademarks, and designs, is the property of Abriz (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors.

2. Unauthorized use of the platform’s intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. Mizo.lk acts solely as a facilitator between Customers and Vendors and is not liable for:

   - Product defects or misrepresentations.

   - Delays or failures in delivery.

   - Disputes arising between Users and Vendors.

2. Mizo.lk will not be responsible for any activities, transactions, or disputes conducted by Vendors or Customers outside the platform.

3. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Termination
